There are over 9000 skulls on display at the Killing Field memorial. I can’t even begin to imagine the horrific events that happened in Phnom Penh, and all over Cambodia, during those dark years.

S21 was a school, converted into a prison during the Khmer Rouge. Only 7 people got out of there alive. With blood stains on the floor and barbed wire in the classrooms, it really hits you hard and makes you grateful for having the basic things in life.
